I was responsible for managing the complete business of Sasan Power Ltd., first integrated Power Plant of India, consisting of 3960 MW (UMPP) super critical units (6x660 MW) and coal mine of one lakh Ton daily production capacity. The plant is doing well exceedingly from the day of commissioning, though its tariff is minimum.

Constructed, commissioned and stabilized four 300 MW units of Chinese (SEC) make in a record time .The units were operated with high availability and loading factors. As a station head , I developed a verysuccessful and motivated team and developed a very cordial and effective relationship among all stake holders including the PAPs.
