I am currently overseeing the operations of the LPG Plant located in Dhurnal Fatehjang, where my responsibilities include managing daily filling utilities and addressing all technical aspects associated with the filling facility. Additionally, I am responsible for hospitality operations in the northern region, where Parco Pearl Gas has acquired various plants from other companies to effectively manage both distributors and direct customers.With over 22 years of experience as an engineering professional in service-oriented organizations, my primary focus is on customer service. I support the sales department by enhancing customer trust through lead generation, proposal development, and customer retention strategies. Presently, I manage operations in the North Region of Parco Pearl Gas Private Limited, which encompasses areas such as KPK, AJK, GT Road up to Jhelum, and the Motorway extending to Bhera.My role involves educating customers about our products, conducting comparative analyses with other fossil fuels, and advocating for the implementation of HSE standards along with the installation of LPG storage solutions to meet their energy needs. I also provide training for customer staff to ensure the safe use of our products. Furthermore, I focus on after-sales services and system upgrades to make LPG a cost-effective fuel option for our clients. Regular audits, team training, and development initiatives are conducted to leverage updated technology and improve team productivity. As the HSE Coordinator for my department, I compile all HSE-related activities, track safe man hours, conduct audits, and follow up on findings, near misses, and incident reporting.
