• Preventing losses due to inventory shrinkage, or revenue/cash loss by implementing smart security measures to control thefts, minimize system errors and protect both staff as well as customers.• Creating Purchase order, receiving goods in system.• Analysis & supervision of stock count processes so as to ensure the smooth operation & accurate data consolidation.• Verification & acknowledgement of reconciled reports for stock counts, stock movements, loss assessment & final system adjustments in order to ensure the accurate loss accountability.• Data analysis for system transactions of different kind in order to expose various frauds & malpractices and Assessment of loss sources (shrinkages, damages, expiries, INT/EXT theft) periodically so as to take the timely preventive measures and keep evaluating the improvement.• Periodical & surprise audits at stores/warehouses so as to verify & ensure the cash flow accuracy, proper handling of stock & assets, stock availability, stock movement, barcoding, adherence of protocols, grooming, fire/risk management, proper documentation etc.• Provide the closing reports to procurement & supply chain management so as to avoid the excess retention of slow/non-moving products & other sorts of periodical reports to other departments & head management.• Responsible to ensure the stock accuracy and discrepancy reduction by proper planning and execution of annual and random stock counts of all outlet & warehouse locations.• Prepare reconciled reports of annual and frequent stock-counts, damaged and written off products, slow & non-moving stock etc.• Record keeping of loss sources like stock shortages, damages and written off products to explore the root causes and provide suggestions to reduce them.• Frequent audits at different locations like warehouses, showrooms, sold areas, self-collection areas etc. to keep the management aware of incidents and violations occurred.
