- Registrar/Transfer Agency: Responsible for processing of investment and disinvestment, also responsible for keeping and maintaining records of investors.- MIS Reporting – Regulatory & Management:Responsible for submitting various daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly/half yearly and annual reports to keep the management up-to-date.- Liaison with Trustees & Banks: Responsible for coordination with the Trustees & Banks to ensure smooth and timely redemption payments to the investors.- Corporate Action: Responsible for execution of monthly/quarterly dividend distribution of funds managed by ABL AMC.- Modification/upgradation of IT applications: Responsible for coordination with the IT Dept. for automation of various reports and modifications/upgradation of application softwares and to provide technical and logical ideas for modification of applications like “Unit Management System.- Compliance of the regulatory policies/Constitutive Documents: Responsible to ensure compliance of all the regulatory and statutory requirement/policies/guidelines

Corporate Action: Responsible for execution of monthly/quarterly distribution of Atlas Funds & Atlas Meraj and the payments thereof, as well as corporate action for Atlas Fund of Funds, as and when approved.6. Modification/upgradation of IT applications: Responsible for coordination with the IT Dept. and the Vendor for automation of various reports and modifications/upgradation of application softwares and to provide technical and logical ideas for modification of applications like “Unit Management System”, “Voluntary Pension System”, ”Compliant Management System”.7.
