CurrentI co founded Codup with my brother with very humble beginnings in September of 2012. We started out building very simple HTML and Wordpress sites, from there we have now grown into a seasoned and vetted team of professionals with several medium to large projects under our belt and more on the way!Today, Codup specializes in delivering complex E-commerce and payment solutions, Advanced Systems Integration and Building out and Maintaing SaaS and PaaS products from scratch as well as Enterprise Applications and Platforms. Our unique culture and mature processes not only ensure quality work but also help us deliver stable, scale-able long term solutions to our clients and fulfilling careers to our team members.As Co Founder and Partner for Business Development, my core responsibilities Include:- Setting the Direction and areas of focus for Codup- Identifying new opportunities and markets to enter- Driving innovation and research to keep Codup relevant and competitive- Creating and implementing cross team systems and processes to ensure smooth execution of projects- Creating and implementing business development processes to ensure a steady pipeline of new opportunities - Networking and Reaching out to new and existing clients/opportunities- Engaging and subsequently closing prospective clients
