    Main achievement:Successfully collaborated with surgeons and academics to investigate the effect of changing the critical shoulder angle (CSA) on biomechanics of the shoulder joint. Roles and responsibilities:- Significant modifications were made to a musculoskeletal model in MATLAB (UKNSM) to mimic changes to the CSA. Rotator cuff and glenohumeral joint reaction forces were analysed during multiple dynamic motions. Statistical analysis on this large dataset was conducted using IBM SPSS.- Presented to a wide audience ranging from surgeons and academics to students.- Efficiently chaired a shoulder team of 4 and managed multiple improvements to the musculoskeletal model in addition to successfully teaching new research engineers the workings of the model.Other Achievements:Developed a new method to model glenohumeral translations, which is to be taken forward by a new Ph.D. student.
