Communication with Vessel Master/Ch. Engineer regarding Provisions and Spare PartsPreparing Requisitions for stores, provisions and spare parts required on vessel.Communication and Negotiation with Suppliers.On Vessel Quality Checking for supplied provision and stores.Assisting Technical Superintendent during Ship Surveys.Inventory Control and Checking.Maintaining Documentation of SSM & ISM and Record Keeping.Preparation of Quarterly Reports.Searching new and reliable vendors / suppliers.Preparing Lay Time Calculation Sheets & Freight Invoices.
