The position is responsible for all financial matters the organization. As the Divisional head finance, the position will report to and work closely with the CEO/MD. The Position is a member of the Executive Team and is expected to partner with all executive team members to implement policies and strategies across the organization that will benefit the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities include: Achieve growth in revenue, assets and profitability. Execute financial programs, including tax planning, budgeting, Manage cash flow planning, investments, conservation of assets, financing relationships. Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide other company business leaders. Analyze financial statements to alert business leaders on potential weak areas. Facilitate and prepare the annual budget. Understand the Business Plan and achieve maximum results based on the model. Manage the relationships with financial partners; including financial institutions, auditors, attorneys, vendors, etc. Directs all internal and external audits, ensuring they are completed in a timely and effective manner. Maintains effective coordination and communication with outside auditors. Oversee the Accounting Department to ensure timeliness, accuracy and consistency of data. Analyze and monitor sales, revenue, operating expenses, capital expenditures, headcount and other key performance metrics to ensure achievement of annual budget and optimization of financial results. Responsible for preparation, analysis and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. Approve and coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company. Provide suggestions and insight to all business leaders to improve the bottom line

-Monitor and enforce operational and internal controls. -Preparation of feasibilities and evaluation of emerging projects.-Presents financial information to Management including reviews on Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows.-Responsible for organization budgeting process, starting from the circulation of Budget assumptions till the compilation & presentation to the management inclusive of Sales planning, Purchase planning ,over head planning ,overhead rate development ,development of new statistical basis of allocation , Capex requirement , Feasibility of new budgeted Products, Advertising , Selling & promotional exp planning ,Head count planning, Balance Sheet planning & sensitivity analysis of critical elements-To conduct meetings on monthly basis with the budget owners of ASP.G & A & Prod. expenses and highlight the working areas to make sure the company’s profitability targets of the year.-Position exists to develop long and short range plans.-Managing Costing team to ensure accurate pricing and costing of products and services for maximum profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. -Performs full variance analysis on a monthly basis including wastage, volume and PPV & conduct meetings with concerned departmental heads.-Over all responsible for on-time payments to suppliers and service providers. -Manage treasury function including liquidity management, funding management and gap management-Manage working capital, including control inventory level and manage credit receivables / payables -Ensure that the business is adequately covered by insurance policies against various risks.-Responsible to inform the company of any potential exposure related to tax issues current or future.-Responsible for internal and external auditing of company results, reporting and processes.-Responsible for the overall Finance team, including appropriate staffing levels, recruitment and development of individuals

-Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly Plant Performance ,Performs full variance analysis on a monthly basis including wastage, volume, spending, and PPV & conduct meetings with concerned departmental heads.-Finance lead in understanding MRP, (BOMs) Bills of Materials, Standard Cost allocations and settlement, Machine hour setup, Costing runs.-.Keep close eye on the inventory movemnets and help supply chain to keep the invetory days below or equal to the targeted invetory days.-Responsible for Fixed Asset management .-Designs and implements systems and procedures, performs periodic audits, maintains adequate records of original entry and preparation of financial statements which accurately depict the operations and performance. -Responsible for maintenance related to FICO including maintenance of all hierarchy’s (i.e., Profit center hierarchy, Cost center hierarchy, Internal Order hierarchy), Chart of Account, all reports prepared on report painter etc.-A central role in coordinating the month end closing procedures. Completing spending reviews, journal corrections and accruals & prepayments.-Presents financial information to Management/Corporate including reviews on Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flows. -A central role in coordinating the budgeting process, starting from the circulation of Budget assumptions till the compilation & presentation to the management inclusive of Sales planning, Purchase planning ,over head planning ,overhead rate development ,development of new statistical basis of allocation , Capex requirement , Feasibility of new budgeted Products, Advertising , Selling & promotional exp planning ,Head count planning, Balance Sheet planning & sensitivity analysis of critical elements.-Maintains Control over ASP,Production expense ,G & A% to sales in comparision to budgeted % by providing accurate and timely reports to the concerned divisional heads.

-Efficient Cost Accounting System & Procedure.-Effective Budget Planning & Budgetary system.-Exercise efficient & effective budgetary controls by using various tools like ERP.-Motivate & emphasize cost reduction and cost control.-Cost & benefit analysis.-Projected cash flows & balance sheet.-Costing of Industrial Products to facilitate the sale of Products.-Product costing & pricing to facilitate the Marketing Department. -Proper Monitoring of Production Module.-Cost Audit under statuary requirement.

-Working Capital Management-To control the process of Factoring of Receivables-Overall responsibility for Accounts Receivables, maintaining low aging of dues and minimizing risks to the organization.-Designs and implements systems and procedures, performs periodic audits, maintains adequate records of original entry and preparation of financial statements which accurately depict the company operations & performance-Managing the Planning and Reporting function to ensure accurate planning of cash and other financial requirements to meet organizational needs.-Product costing & pricing to facilitate the Marketing Department-Preparation & Monitoring of Budget.-Dealing with Financial Institutions regarding credit Limits & day to day affairs.-Involve in all short term & long term decisions.-Sales Tax, Income tax and Corporate affairs.

-Overall responsibility for ensuring on-time payments to suppliers and service providers to meet contractual obligations. -Assist Finance Manager in dealing with Financial Institution.-Assist Finance Manager in preparation of budget.-Proper monitoring of Deduction of withholding & advance tax.-Product costing & pricing to facilitate the Marketing Department
