I’ve been in tech/SaaS for 10+ years in both the startup scene and mid-size companies as well and I’ve loved every minute of it! I have spent many years in hybrid technical/customer-facing roles serving customers like Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Comcast, Charter, UnitedHealth Group, and many others both in the cloud like AWS and legacy systems on-premise in mostly post-sales roles.I’m mostly experienced in AWS with some minor Azure / GCP exposure.I have spent a lot of time in the center of data-centric functions within the enterprise I.e Cloud / API / SQL / BI / analytics as well as CX/contact center - This experience has encompassed the classic SQL and API request-response architecture and event-driven architectures as well which reflective of more modern application architectures (i.e. pub/sub, kafka, mqtt, etc).I'm a jack of many trades but have had to specialize as well depending on the circumstance.
