The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a graduate scheme that rotates participants accross different roles through DAL Groups many industries and aims to groom the future leaders of the organization.

As part of my GDP experience, for my second rotation, I worked under the supervision of the Coca-Cola plant manager to prepare a complete documentation report detailing every unit within the plant. The final report provided a complete image of the whole plant operation and is used to identify areas of improvement.
