As Cofounder and CCO, I raised a VC round and launched the company upon graduation, assembling a cross-disciplinary team of 35 engineers and designers, and going on to build award-winning social software and games for mobile, web, and home entertainment platforms.* Reverse-engineered the Blu-Ray specification to enable social sharing features directly from the remote control. Launching with the release of HBO’s True Blood season two, it led to record engagement on Facebook, and won Webby, Clio, and Facebook Studio awards. * In partnership with Technicolor, created a platform for syncing mobile devices with Blu-Ray content to enable rich second-screen experiences for Best Picture Winner The King’s Speech, and later used across several Red Bull TV releases.* Created a groundbreaking location-based mobile game for Red Bull that pioneered the location-based game mechanics that would later be popularized by Pokemon Go.* Developed a mobile photo sharing platform, and commercialized it as a Facebook-integrated app for Fischer-Price to privately share family photos, years ahead of Instagram launching.* Winner of the NYU Berkeley Center Business Plan Competition, leading to a successful VC fundraising round.
