- Resource Planning- Prepare Daily & Weekly Client Report- Prepare the daily revenue report for Outbound Process- Prepare Quotes for Outbound Processes- Salary & Incentive Calculation- Prepare Fortnightly & Monthly Invoice- Forecasting Revenue- Client engagement for the development of reports & new requirements.- Conducting gap analysis on processes & ensuring optimized performance.- Monitoring SLA's for all processes set by the Client- Providing Budget & Cost inputs to finance- Preparing Hourly analysis for various lead list- Liaise with I.T for reporting requirement & testing of new application
