I am a Partner specialising in dispute resolution, working in the Glasgow office of law firm Addleshaw Goddard. I deal with a broad range of commercial disputes for clients in various sectors. In particular, I regularly advise clients in relation to insolvency and technology matters. I have also advised many clients in relation to protecting their Intellectual Property rights, which has included raising actions in the Intellectual Property court at the Court of Session. My background as a Computer Science graduate allows me to quickly appreciate the issues encountered by clients in the IT sector. I have a passion for utilising my advocacy skills to represent the interests of my clients, appearing regularly in Sheriff Court’s throughout Scotland. Although I appreciate that those interests are not always best served by a court determined outcome and I regularly settle disputes though robust negotiation or mediation.
