With over 20 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, I am a partner at Fifth Wall, the largest venture capital firm focused on technology for the global real estate industry. I lead the infrastructure practice, sourcing and executing investments in companies that are transforming the energy efficiency, carbon footprint, and resilience of buildings and cities. I also leverage my domain expertise and network to advise the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy at Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability and the Defense Innovation Unit - Energy Portfolio at the US Department of Defense, where I help to accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions and technologies. Prior to joining Fifth Wall, I was a partner at D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments, where we managed a portfolio of over $2 billion in renewable energy assets, and a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, where I executed over $15 billion in transactions across the energy sector. I have a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School. I am passionate about driving innovation and impact in the Built World and bringing diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
