Central-Eastern Europe Business Unit/FIFA World Cup 2018As Marketing Manager Coca-Cola TM for Central-Eastern Business Unit, I was leading Coca-Cola TM Recruitment strategy, Communication Strategy, Innovation pipeline development, Content Excellence work in partnership with Creative/Digital/Design/Shopper teams across 26 markets. As Marketing Manager Coca-Cola TM for Russia, I was responsible for FIFA World Cup 2018 full bundle marketing campaign development, with high complexity and multiple stakeholders’ management. Campaign won Effie Awards and multiple internal Awards, led to booming brand health indicators and record-breaking growth of P4W consumption. Additionally, I was responsible for innovations (Cherry, Lime, Cinnamon), summer and Xmas campaigns and mixability strategy.

As Marketing Manager, Sparkling category, I was responsible for the biggest and most critical part of the Coca-Cola Company portfolio, being responsible for Sparkling brands’ strategy and plans development and execution, innovation pipeline. With the team we have launched Sprite Cucumber, which was the most disruptive & biggest flavor innovation in Russia. This is the first innovation developed in Russia and then scaled Globally. The innovation won best Innovation 2017 Awards. Additionally, we’ve extended Fanta flavor portfolio with Pear & Citrus to capture shares from Local sparkling soft drinks segment. Dr Pepper business model was developed and first ever launched in Russia.
