• Independently handling all the planning and monitoring responsibilities of the project reporting directly to the Project Director and General Manager.
• Preparation of resource and cost loaded Clause 8.3 Baseline Program for project as per the scope of work using Primavera 6 and pursual till approval from Client.
• Advice the Project Director and Team of the resource requirements at various stages of the project.
• Review & Analyse Contract documents and advice the Projects Director of any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view as well as intermediate milestones.
• Monitoring and controlling the project by analysing cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis.

• Duties and Responsibilities in Projects:
• Drawings and Specification study with the project team and assist Planning Manager for the preparation of the Base line Programme and resource requirements for the project and follow up until approval.
• Assisting Planning Manager in coordinating for the planned submittal programme for the Method statements, Material submittals and the Shop drawings.
• Assisting the Planning Manager in the preparation of fixing of targets for the project team based on the approved construction schedule.
• Progress Monitoring of the works by updating the programme periodically as per the requirements from the Client and also as per Project Director’s requirements in coordination with the site engineers.
• Assisting the Planning Manager by providing the analysis of the delays from the Updated programs and suggesting the improvements required areas to meet the Programme.
