Senior Deal Solution Manager
CurrentLeading large deal ($50M+ TCV) origination initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include -* Large deal origination: Driving large deal origination across industry segments. End to end Program management that includes designing frameworks, planning and executing campaigns/initiatives.* Theme identification and development: Identifying and developing point of view on horizontal large-scale deal origination themes by analyzing deal patterns within the organization and the broader market. Identified and standardized 15+ horizontal large-scale deal origination themes for proactive pipeline generation.* Sales collaboration: Partnering with sales teams to identify leads, craft proactive pitches for clients, and provide relevant insights, research, thought leadership* Develop CxO Pitch: Assisting sales teams in creating and presenting initial pitches to clients.* Ecosystem alignment: Coordinating the support of the wider large deal ecosystem both internal and external(PE, advisory, research, industry support via GLG) to drive deal outcomes* Joint Go-To-Market (JGTM): Designing and driving JGTM initiatives with external partners and alliances, including advisory firms, private equity, consulting firms, Big Four, product and platform ecosystems.* Lead generation and conversion to qualified pipeline: Generated $2.5 billion in qualified large deal pipeline over the past two years.* Insights generation: Creating insights for the Board and C-level consumption, including large deal win/loss and pipeline analysis.* Business planning and strategy: Leading business planning and strategy exercises for the unit.
