During my time in the restaurant industry, I have worked in many different roles such as dishwasher, busboy, host, line cook, and food server. I learned valuable lessons in problem solving and working with customers and coworkers to provide solutions to exceed our customer's expectations. After joining Daymark Safety Systems Kitchen Automation team, I was given the responsibility of handling warranty replacement orders for our Matt85 and Matt77 printers. I continued to fulfill this task, while also providing technical support to many customers daily. I have now been given the opportunity to move into a role of supporting sales representatives by providing quotes and placing orders for custom label orders, reorganizing stocking agreements, increasing the efficiency of our billback process, and auditing subscription-based services. I am excited to continue learning in this new position.I enjoy providing solutions to issues faced by customers to provide value to their company.
