Had seen the country being divided in two parts - a very painful experience. Had to leave the birth place never to return. Hope never again such things happen to anyone friend or foe. My generation has suffered the maximum particularly who were uprooted from their home (mainly Punjab and Bengal).Now --A retired soldier who was previleged to participate in two wars 1965 and 1971. Do not claim to have any fame as such ,participation was itself was great experiencess.Many soldier served their life in the def. forces without seeing/participating in live action in battle field.One daughter, a briliant one both caring and loving working in a foreign company, now posted in Europe, recently been promoted to a higher position.She has taken us to almost all of Europe in last 4/5 yrs. All expenses paid by her.With the Grace of Almighty God we are passing our time reasonably well and HE Willing hopefully shall leave this world one day hapilly.God Almighty has given everything so nothing more to aspire accept peace and happiness.
