Ø Contribute in preparing project charters.Ø Preparation of Zero Cost Budget (ZBC), Revenue plan, Project Completion schedule, Identification of resources.Ø Setting of project execution plan based on scope, requirement, activities and resource scheduling.Ø Mobilization of Sub-contractor for each activity.Ø Submitting and obtaining approvals from client such as land schedule, tower schedule, foundation drawings, railway crossing, PTCC etc.Ø Monitor and control direct Project work. Manage project development phases from beginning to end.Ø Preparation of Measurement sheet, Variation Order, amendment of BOQ, Certification of sub-contractor invoices.Ø Efficiently deal with commercial (Billing, AB & MB passing from Regional Office etc.) and store activity.Ø Deal with client related to all technical issues.Ø Ensure proper Utilization of Asset.Ø Preparation Conductor & OPGW drum Schedule.Ø Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS).
