 Significant knowledge of Tooling ,New Product Development , Prototyping, Post Moulding operations. Responsible for New Product Development related to Moulds, Jigs And Fixture manufacturing In a least time. Possess good experience in the domain of Automotive industry. Skilled in Tools commissioning & New product development activities. Product Testing & homologation activities. Responsible for documentation (APQP & PPAP) of new part. In Knowledge of new product development process from initial to final part development as per ISO/TS16949:2002 Documentation includes APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN etc. Total responsibility for the product Development till pilot lot.Projects Handled: Garnish i/p Ctr, Cover steering Column Hole, Cover steering Joint Dash Board , Instrument Panel , Trims , Mud Guard Body Parts - Fenders, Side Cover, Front Cowl ,Rear Fender, Ctr rr Cowl Upper/Lower and Chain Case HVAC - Radiator Shroud, Cover Lower, Cover UpperExperience Tooling Development:- New Mould Development responsibility at supplier end. Observe and Check the capability and technology of supplier for tooling development. Daily basis follow up with supplier for tool room activities with tracing the Time Plan. Attend the Mold Trial and make the Sample Inspection Report with Supplier and Check the Fitment assembly andkey area of the part. Make the Mold modification if required or as per ECN and then take Final Mold trial.

- Responsible for Study drawings of customer and making different design proposal.- As per ECN (Engineering Change Note) Changing the drawing and implementation of the ECN.- Fully responsible for new developed components starting from APQP, trials, rectification, till its approval (PPAP) from specific customers.- Improve working methodology using 5S techniques...- Take part in documentations of manufacturing & final part approval like decided timing chart of tool development, Inspection of development products, Preparation of PPAP documents, attend tool trial.- Check & verify all the input from customer for their product development.- To ensure quality level are maintain as per customer specification.- To organized internal & external customer audit.- To review & monitoring improvement activities.- Attend customer complaint & take countermeasure for same. - Tracking of component development through Global APQP tracking task till PPAP completion.
