-Full knowledge in People Soft (Creating Employee IDs, Marking Attritions, Showing Transfer of Associates from Nesting to BAU in People Soft - PS).-Tracking all the databases of the recruitment & Employee Engagement & Retention in Excel and doing all the required analysis in PPT.-Was taking care of the End To End Recruitment process until the candidates are onboard.
