OGO Pay, a limited liability company, started exploring payment technology in 2016, aiming to overcome the challenges around money logistics in the transit space and general trade retail. We made our first successful transaction in October 2018. Since then, OGO Pay has facilitated the processing of payment cards while providing the ability to store payment card details for recurring payments. Our minimum viable product (MVP) has been operating since October 2018 without any fraudulent transactions. We wish to raise funds to achieve PCI-DSS compliance to scale exponentially with multiple B2B applications.

Jigsaw Ensemble, a limited liability company, is a local business converted into a limited liability company in 2015. The company provided various boutique digital services and was able to scale from 03 to a 40+ member team by the end of 2018. Multiple restructuring phases due to the economic repercussions of the political instabilities in 2018 and the Easter Attacks in 2019 made us run the operations as lean as possible and sustain us during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, the function is entirely virtual, with 30+ resources servicing local and foreign clientele ranging from start-ups to multi-national organisations delivering services in digital marketing, content creation and design and build projects for IT products.

Lawganizer, a limited liability company, focuses on digitising the diary of legal professionals using mobile/web apps and various integrations. Currently in the process of launching the minimum viable product (MVP) for Sri Lanka and other Commonwealth member countries.

OGO Transit, a limited liability company, took an interest in fare collection in public transit to make Sri Lanka South Asia’s first country to implement a truly Smart Public Transport Solution developed to world-class standards locally. Its vision is to create a Private Public Partnership (OGO Transit) for automated fare collection for the Sri Lankan public transit sector.

YA LABZ, a local business partnership, started its journey as a creative solutions provider, giving its clients services from graphic designing to web, content and event management. YA LABZ was made redundant, and Jigsaw Ensemble (Private) Limited acquired its portfolio in 2015.
