Manage CMA CGM ISC T/S traffic circulating through Colombo.• Extract Load/Discharge lists from the database and pre-forecast by checking cargo connection, special cargo approval, stowage, and finalize sent to Cargo-flow and Head Office for review and approve.• Monitor stowage, loading plan with terminal until vessel is started operation and send / update confirmations after the vessel departs with Feeder lines/Main Lines/Agenciesand SSC Teams• Link containers for correct connection by minimizing ITT cost/Terminal Storage cost by prioritizing Head Office requirements.• Allocate export volume for Feeder operators by following the guidelines provided by HO/DRO/ARO.• Obtain / Grant approvals for special cargo (HAZ, OOG, RF) by following guidelines with Vessel Operators and Vessel Planners.

• Communicate in timely manner with other departments, partners, vendors &local authorities if required and necessary.• Ensure that the data flow is running smoothly between respective departments:Regional Agencies, Cargo Flow, different departments in Marseille HeadOffice, local OPS teams, other Group centers• Ensure that terminal related issues are addressed to avoid additional costs tothe Group• Ensure all documents are provided for smooth loading and discharging ofvessel.• Timely and accurate data entry of hazardous / reefer items and OOGC items, for internal and external use.• Timely management of the late arrival requests• Timely request missing information to complete load list (VGM, missingcontainer numbers, missing hazardous information, missing gate-in, customsclearance)• Timely handover vessel to CMA CGM Agencies, so all necessary informationcan be shared with needed departments• Ensure timely completion of assigned reports• Maintain necessary logs and KPI reports.

• Receive bookings EDI and input them in CMA CGM systems.• For missing information, contact the customers retrieve same.• Check routing availability and correctness• Input correct origin and destination and if needed sends a routing set up request. Make sure all journey legs are visible and correct.• Check and input hazardous details following the procedures as set out by HO for approval, within the stipulated time frame for vessel closing.• Check that a valid rate covers the booking and if not, send a message to Sales for filing. Input the applicable charges and escalate the booking.• Input transport instructions in the transport section for Carrier Haulage• Ensure booking levels are managed at the vessel allocation and where required check availability of the space with concerned parties to remain within allocation.• Make sure system is updated with all information and all errors cleaned during the booking process.• Notify customers in writing of any exception/disclaimers to service commitments

• Work with Forwarders / Shippers to resolve data and document errors to facilitate correct and timely final document delivery• Maintain the international shipping process, ensuring compliance policies and procedures and ultimately ensure that the trade compliance program for the company is supported.• Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations• Review, correct, and approve Bills of Lading and filling Conditions• Provide export operational guidance to service providers, including Shippers and forwarders. • Proactively identify customs compliance gaps, escalate issues, and contribute to the process of establishing key controls

Execute assigned clients operation requirements and implement continual process improvements• Maintain excellent relations with vendors, clients, ports, Shipping/Air Lines, service providers, BOI, and Sri Lanka Customs.• Coordinate shipments closely with clients, service providers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.• Ensure optimum utilization of containers while adhering to specific client requirements.• Ensure company operating procedures are followed at all times in receiving/storage and stuffing of containers and all instructions given by clients are adhered to.• Ensure all containers/consignments are trucked or gated into port within the stipulated time frame.• Ensure that the warehouse system is fully updated and perform random warehouse checks prior to the closing of containers to ensure accuracy of loading.• Manage any value-added service requirements in an accurate and timely manner
