As one of my most important experiences and eye openers, working in a warehouse where I gained the skills to work as a team and learn that communication is key! Centriq was just the first step into a great new world of technology for myself, and I have learned so much from the program. As a Centriq Grad I was finally able to begin an amazing career in the IT field and grow into someone who I've wanted to be. Helping end users, whether it be over the phone, through remote software, or in very little in person has been a rewarding experience. It helped me develop a way of explaining technical terms into something everyone can understand. Getting to a permanent solution for users and how I did it, was the best part.So much has happened through the few years I have worked in IT and with that came a great amount of experience, but it still feels like the beginning. There is a lot of learning left to be done, and I am here for it!
