First and foremost, I love creating events! Actually, I am a huge nerd when it comes to creating engagement using experience economy and co-creation. I can make anything happen on a dime, and for me, the experience IS the marketing. That's just what happens, when you're used to creating spectacular experiences with a budget of 0.I am a fun blend of smiles, servicemindset and outgoing energy, while being structured (hello excel!) and creative. I absolutely love teaming up and brainstorming and making sure everyone is heard. I see working with my polar opposites as an advantage - because in my experience opposing oppinons make my project better. Honestly, I firmly believe that our project becomes better, if it has a little bit of everyone in it. I've worked with events and engagement both in the private and the public sector.Even when I leave the office, I create experiences. I create events I want to participate in, and during lockdown, I figured out new ways to spruce up online activities. Before corona I organized a ton (!) of co-creative art-festivals, workshops and seminars on sustainability as well as high-end themed parties. And I can really feel how people have missed experiencing something transformative!
