2nd Line IT Support providing customer support via web based ITIL service desk solution Assist in restoring consumer confidence in Service Desk Manage ticketed issues raised by consumers within SLA framework from first contact to resolution Raise or lower tickets to the appropriate level for resolution Support 1st & 3rd Line in resolving tickets PC break/fix Software installation manually, remotely and via SCCM PC build using SCCM Support Audio Visual (AV), Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) and miscellaneous equipment Mac support (very basic) - iMac and MacBook Use Active Directory for account creation/amendment/maintenance, group maintenance Use Office 365 to manage profiles and permissions Support specialist software, i.e. exam registration, student registration, and liaise with 3rd parties Liaise with managed service print (MSP) provider - fault reporting, component orders, etc Oversee MSP solution on site Be resource for department and team projects
