Having graduated in Electronics Engineering, I soon found my calling in Psychology and human development. So I went on to do Post Graduate Diploma in HR and then worked as a Talent Management Professional for a decade. During this time, I continued to study Human Psychology and completed my Master’s in Psychology. In my 10 Year experience in Talent Management, L&D stood out to be my favorite.
