First Mile: • Arranging RTV&RTO shipments to the vendor. • Arraning direct shipments collection form the seller’s• Assigning pickup tasks to delivery associate before the cut off time. • Handing Delivery associates vehicle audit for vehicle hygienic. • Closing RTV&RTO reports to avoid high aging on daily basis. • Following up with seller’s getting done the aging direct shipments pickups. • EOD Clearing the Delivery associates FM Field App. • Maintaining the delivery associates Attendance and EOD updating in the central G-sheet. • Monitering the delivery associates pending tasks while delivery associates on the field for closure. • Monitering VIP customer pickups to avoid escalation from the seller support team. • Guiding a team for all quires for fulfill the Pickup&Delivery on lively.Last mile:• Arranging delivery as per allocate time to the customer. • Tracking the missing shipment for report clearing with allocated time. • Pulling the reports for PDD, SDD, NDD reports and pushing the team for delivery. • Coordinate with LPC for connection of post PDD shipments. Usually the Middle mile is a very crucial part of logistics, so we are focusing more on the MM. • Preparing HUB & DA Performance reports. • Clearing Ageing session shipments & keep on clear the triage shipment. • More focus on urgent basis, priority & VIP shipments. • Investigation for lost shipment from HUB and delivery associates. • Preparing No movement, system closure, pending closure reports. • Recording any damaged, missing or faulty shipments in Google Sheets
