Hard work, knowledge and passion as well as being an early-stage team member in many openings helped me to grow through various roles from a Barback to a Bar manager and achieve many respectable awards related to the industry.In the current role as a Bar manager I have a broad knowledge and experience on Establishing unique beverage concepts with an outstanding cocktail program, Creating efficient bar layouts, Designing Bar menus, Leading professional, motivated and positive bar teams, Providing a perfect and memorable guest experience, Keeping an adequate beverage cost and pricing, Managing an efficient bar schedule and vacation plans, Instilling a development-driven training program, Handling administrative tasks, Communicating on a professional level, Building a strong relationship with brands and suppliers in order to achieve various benefits for the venue as well as a useful visibility in the market.
