Key ResponsibilitiesUse the Electronic Parts Catalog to identify and order the correct parts for Tesla vehicles.Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.Accept deliveries of spare parts, ensuring that the quantity and quality match the orders.Inspect parts for any damages or discrepancies and ensure they meet Tesla’s quality standards.Record receipt of parts in the inventory system, including detailed documentation of any issues.Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as necessary to avoid shortages and overstock situations.Process warranty claims and parts returns, ensuring compliance with Tesla’s policies and procedures.Maintain thorough records of all claims and returns, and follow up with suppliers or Tesla for resolution.Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records using inventory management software.Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard inventory.Train the newly joined employees in store.Takes the initiative, suggests and develop plans to explore and create new relations, contacts, and opportunities to improve market penetration into existing and new markets.Maintaining a congenial working relationship with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.Attending departmental meetings to be fully appraised with departmental developments.Following the QMA procedures & guidelines.
