Program Manager For Physical Chemistry/Chemical Physics And Physical Organic Chemistry Divisions
Current• Conduct critical review, evaluation and screening of scientific and engineering research proposals on energy sciences and technologies, including various energy conversion systems, alternative fuels, fuel-cells, composite and nano-materials, CO2 and sulfur emission managements, catalysts and catalytic processes• Manage the peer-review and selection processes for nearly three hundred grant applications and $10 million grant budget per year. Recommended research proposals of the highest quality for funding considerations and rejected proposals that did not meet ACS-PRF’s criteria• Participate in the ACS PRF-Advisory Board Meetings for policy decisions and final rating and selection of research grant applications
