As an IT support engineer at coastal Qatar, a leading trading engineering services company in Qatar, I deliver excellent service and support to the employees, handling their IT inquiries, complaints, and feedback. I also assist with IT operation and troubleshooting processing, documentation, and verification, and ensure compliance with the company's policies and regulations.I have a strong background and interest in information technology, in which I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Lincoln University College. I have a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology from SLIATE and an Advanced Career Skills certificate in English from Technical College at Sammanturai. I have applied my knowledge and skills in IT operations, network security, and cable system maintenance in my previous roles as an IT Support Technician at ABS Construction Company and an IT Network Trainee at Sri Lanka Telecom. I am always eager to learn new technologies, such as AWS, and enhance my IT competencies.
