HSEQ Working as part of the Imagination team in Qatar, ahead of the 2022 FIFA world cup. Overseeing the H&S of all works being carried out. Conducting toolbox talks, inductions, writing RAMS, ensuring safe systems of work were being followed and authorising permits to work. All in all ensuring all personnels welfare was being taken care of, focusing on physical and mental health.The scope of work was multi-disciplined, including work to build a floating football pitch, installation of screens, desks and other collateral. The activities included, lifting equipment, crane lifts, working at height, electrical installations and a lot of manual handling. With an experienced team there were zero incidents with the working crew.
