In Fodbold-Lab we have a vision of raising the level of Danish football and helping football players reach their full potential. To achieve the full potential in football, great demands are made on both technical, tactical, mental and physical parameters. In Fodbold-Lab, we are specialized in the physical part and strive to provide testing, training guidance and lectures in absolute world class. Football Lab gives you, in short, the opportunity to measure yourself - and train as the best.

Coached several youth groups U13, U15, U17, U19 and 1. senior. Led demonstration of movements in the weight room (basic core lifts as well as Olympic variations) and speed/agility at the pitch. Periodize and dose training load. Likewise testing and guidance the athletes is also a part of the job.

As a sports physiologist at Kies, my primary tasks have been:- Compile accrual and training planning for the respective teams - both on the pitch and in the strength room.- Presented lecture on exercise physiology, diet and lifestyle for the elite athletes- Have set up a system that gives an overview of all players in terms of training amount, test (IR2, Agility, Sprint, CMJ and body composition) mm.- Test days held: IR2, Agility, Sprint, CMJ and body composition.- Close cooperation with trainers, managers in the clubs represented at Kies (Fc Nordsjælland, FCK, B93 etc.)

I have played in B.93 since 2016.

At Dansk Firmaidrætsforbund, I advised on health and physical activity based on a number of physiological tests that we conducted in Health Checks, Health Profiles, Health Experiments and Health Cafes. In addition, planning and facilitation of sports days has also been part of the job.

In my time as a physical performance coach in Middelfart BK (2nd div), I handled the training within the physical parameters of the football training. I had the responsibility for testing, strength training, agility, aerobic training, anaerobe training, injury prevention, planning and dosering trainings load, dietary Guidance, etc.
