We work together but with personal dedication and responsibility. We investigate defects and incidents related to our products and are doing our utmost to solve complex problems for our customers and their users.We are Cambios operative support group. A typical (if there is one) week I participate in the following activities:* Analysis of client/server logs and code for reported problems* Building patches, testing and delivery to solve a critical incident* Monitoring the incident and verify the suggested fix* Initial analysis supporting other experts like; database data set and query analysis * Development of log-aggregation and event detection tools (ELK-stack)* Making everyone laugh at our daily standup * Participate in customer meetings to discuss problems and possible solutions I'm also an ITIL process owner for what we call Service Request. It includes things like Application Management requests (database stuff), customer questions and internal service requests.I also do my best to improve everything i see. Show less
