After many years in academia and several years in industry, I am now providing Performance Consulting services to individuals, teams and organisations through mysportscience Ltd. I am also co-founder and CoCEO of the startup CORE Nutrition Planning LLC and very recently a sports nutrition company NEVERSECOND. Mysportscience uses science to support the concept of "train smart and hard". Although often there is a focus on nutrition in the work I do, my background is also in monitoring load, and the balance of training and overtraining. www.myportscience.comCORE Nutrition planning is a web based nutrition planning tool for endurance athletes. It can be used to plan nutrition for training or racing, is evidence based and fully personalised.
