Develop & implement IH Management Programs/Plans. Conduct IH exposure assessments to identify IH hazards & assess risk to workforce. Write, recommend & ensure implementation of the necessary IH controls. Recommend suitable medical surveillance requirements for identified health risks within the workplace.Ensure company compliance with Occupational Hygiene standards & regulations. Recommend, write, interpret & implement IH programs, procedures, standards & guidelines as needed and in alignment with OSHA Standards & Regulations. Develop training material for all IH Programs / Standards and ensure implementation of training to end-users. Execution of the IH monitoring program according to internationally accepted standards.Supervision of IH Section.Set goals & objectives. Monitor IH Section performance.Mentor, train & advise IH Technicians & Developee.Create development plans for IH staff (Developee & Technician) and oversee / manage career development opportunities. Responsible for IH program development and oversight. Provided IH support for both the onshore and off-shore operations. Managed IH equipment laboratory and QA/QC of monitoring equipment. Conducted IH exposure assessments, developed and executed the site's monitoring program, conducted IH surveys for both chemical and physical hazards such as noise and writing interpretive reports for these surveys. Responsible for the career development of IH Technicians.
