- Responsible for End to End new item setup on the noon website for MENA - (Content, Image scraping, Image editing, Brand creation/ cleanup, Price and Inventory)- Managed outsourcing vendors - Managed a team of 180 associates, 2 Project managers and 10 Team Leads, and monitoring their performance and queue to ensure Quantity, Quality, TAT and Aging- Revamped SOPs and documentations- Launched work allocation tool (Pulse) and created rules for automation- Initiated monthly R&R
