Key achievements:- Built fully aligned and professional management team covering all key business functions: Sales, Security/Collection, Risk Management, Legal/Compliance, HR, Loan Administration and Accounting- Loan Portfolio grew up more than 3 times (from T2.3B to over T7B)- Expanded network covering 12 cities in Kazakhstan (from 5)- Less delayed loans: 3.8% of loans overdue by more than 90 days - through better complex borrower&collateral assessment and elimination of fraudulent transactions- Full transformation from a regular LTD (ТОО) into a proper licensed financial company compliant with all regulatory requirements (license # 02.21.0048М)- Made the Company public by issuing and listing its bonds on KASE (local Stock Exchange) and attracting more than $3.2M from retail investors with no additional pledges, guarantees or covenants- IT-infrastructure and ERM upgrades (BrainySoft, AML, CRM, 1C Accounting)- Successfully handled two critical challenges: COVID Pandemic and January 2022 (Kantar) riots - not many MFOs survived both of these- From a loss-making Company, we started generating more than T150M (~$350K) monthly before the financing costs, measures included cutting costs by about 30% and staff optimization- In 2020 we have successfully passed an inspection from a combined group of representatives from the Prosecutor's Office, Financial Oversight, Tax Authorities and Internal Affairs (Police)

Selected achievements:• Took a key role in completing an organizational restructuring based on OECD recommendations for best performing IPAs• The number of staff has been reduced from 152 to 124, the number of head office business units from 26 to 14, 4 layers of management down to 3 – helping create more lean structure and improve internal communications• The responsibilities and business processes in Investments division of the Company have been clarified and enforced, all corresponding KPIs have been established• The company has moved to new open space professional offices located very close to our main counterparty in the Ministry which has also saved on traveling and time for many employees. This was achieved within the same budget for renting offices.• The Company’s back-office underwent a “turn-around” which helped improve internal Accounting, IT, HR, Legal and Procurement functions• In Procurement, the business processes have been optimized to bring better clarity and transparency and reduce corruption-related risks• As an EU Representative, I have completed all the required onerous monthly and quarterly KPIs. The National Postal Operator of Kazakhstan (RK), the company providing financial and postal services across the country with a turnover of c. $200MSelected achievements:• Reflecting on the need of cardinal changes, the company has embarked on comprehensive business transformation program meant to review all the key company processes and create a new business model in line with the best industry practices• The law on “designated operator” have been passed through both Chambers of Parliament and signed by the President of Kazakhstan. This has been a pressing issue for the Company since 2008• Within the limited timeframe, the Company has undergone through significant organizational changes aimed at streamlining the roles and responsibilities and at creating a matrix structure to ensure better interaction and involvement of regional branches• The sales function in the Company has been re-enforced through clear separation between selling and operational specialized branches• The “cooperation memoranda” have been signed with all Regional Governors (Oblast Akims) calling for wider support of Kazpost outlets in rural areas. This has triggered more active interaction at the regional level and raised awareness of Kazpost’s related enduring problems there• In H1 2014 the sales have increased by 10.7% compared to the same period of last year.
