As an Advanced Consultant I am responsible for identifying core business problems, developing solutions to overcome these and ensuring successful project implementation.I work with clients spanning Asia and the Middle East throughout the full life cycle of a consulting engagement, from the development of new consulting agreements through to implementation and presentation of client deliverables.Key Achievements:As part of the pitch team I helped win an onsite consulting program with one of the largest privately owned businesses in Australia. I led Gallup’s Client Services team, being accountable to the client CEO, Deputy CEO and senior leadership across business operations Australia wide. This work included an employee engagement study which involved site by site interventions aimed at aligning employees with organisational objectives.Led the Consulting Specialist team on our largest account in the Asia/Middle East Region. With our team in Dubai, I worked onsite to re-engineer a major employee and customer engagement project including sample acquisition, questionnaire design, data collection, and data analysis. Prior to me being assigned to the project, data integrity was poor and sampling methodology was inconsistent. With the system I put into place, the project was able to seamlessly deliver data on time and accurately to our client, and increased the productivity of our consulting team.Designed and helped pitch a multi-year employee and customer engagement project for one of the largest banks in New Zealand that was the first program of its kind within Gallup. I led the Client Services team in developing the specifications for our technology platform and an online weekly data tracking system.

As a consultant at Gallup I work closely with our clients to ensure we are taking the right steps to engage their employees and customers in a sustainable way. Stategic communications, Data analysis (Quantitative and Qualitative), project implementation, educational workshops, manager training and strengths coaching/executive coaching are my core focus.
