I’m an experienced co-development and innovation professional. I help to co-develop shared visions, change roadmaps and innovative solutions that creates positive impact and sustainable growth across organizational borders.Aiming for positive impactFor the past 7 years, I have been led co-development projects, where the target is to create positive changes and long-term impact for complex systemic challenges that require tight collaboration of various private and public organizations in the value network. I have done these in EU, BF and other innovation projects for different domains. In addition, I have set up and developed innovation and business ecosystems to enable systematic collaboration.My approach to transformation planningI use strategic foresight, systems thinking, and transition design methods to co-develop shared visions and change roadmaps. To achieve the desired changes, I facilitate the co-creation and validation of innovative solutions from desirability, feasibility, viability and sustainability point-of-views. To support the solution experimentation and implementation, I help to describe service, business and cooperation models for the entire value network, and drive concrete actions to achieve the desired impacts.Projects from start to finishIn the project preparation phase, I help to clarify objectives and take responsibility for creating a practical work plan to achieve them. During the project, I steer the co-development work, lead the core team and take responsibility for key stakeholder communication. Additionally, I carry out project tasks as the lead designer. At the end, I help to communicate the results to a broader audience and prepare and advance the next concrete steps to achieve the desired impacts.My way of workingI always use the goals, needs and problems of people and organisations as a driving force when designing solutions. I love to use collaborative work approaches with solution end-users, providers, enablers and other key actors from the value network. I also make sure innovation work is focused and creates actionable results and value for the entire value network.My motivationI want to create solutions that bring positive impacts to people, organizations, society and our environment. These are solutions that users love, are feasible to implement and provide value to the entire value network and society in a sustainable way.
