Ms. Pennington has more than twenty-five years of commercial experience overseeing large-scale acquisitions and redevelopment of industrial, special purpose and mixed-use properties. She began her career during the “dot com” era with Argent Ventures, a Lehman-backed data center platform and subsequently served as the Leasing and Marketing Director for MetroNexus, a Morgan Stanley Real Estate Enterprise. Ms. Pennington launched the real estate investment arm for hedge Fund Alden Global Capital, a 400+ property portfolio and created the first Real Property Tax Program in 2009 for Newmark.
