My name is Tình Nguyễn, and my journey in the tech entrepreneurship world began in 2008. However, it wasn't until 2018 that I consider my true entrepreneurial journey to have started. The decade between was filled with numerous attempts, failures, and invaluable lessons that shaped my perspective and approach to business.From 2008 to 2018, I experienced the challenging reality of startup life. Each setback taught me resilience, each failure offered insights, and every small victory fueled my determination. These years were my real-world MBA, providing me with a foundation no formal education could match.In 2018, armed with the wisdom gained from my earlier attempts, I co-founded LadiPage Vietnam. This venture marked a turning point in my career, allowing me to apply my accumulated knowledge in digital marketing solutions. During my time at LadiPage, I also initiated the Vietnam MarTech Network, starting with annual events to connect and support MarTech companies across the country.After leaving LadiPage, I reignited Asia MarTech, a project I had put on hold earlier. Asia MarTech aims to research and analyze MarTech solutions across Asia, a challenge I approach with humility, acknowledging the vast learning curve ahead.Most recently, in January 2024, I launched TicketX, a technology platform aimed at revolutionizing the events industry. With TicketX, I hope to address real-world challenges faced by event organizers and attendees.Throughout my career, from those early days in 2008 to my current ventures, I've come to appreciate the complexity of the tech landscape and the importance of persistence and adaptability. I view each project not just as a business venture, but as an opportunity to learn and to contribute positively to the industry and society.I continue to approach my work with a blend of enthusiasm and realism, always eager to learn from both successes and setbacks. My journey has taught me that true success comes not just from personal achievements, but from contributing to the growth and sustainability of the MarTech industry in Vietnam and APAC.
