-Advanced to Head of Sales role for Lucky Textile Group with a total of 1,000 employees, leading a team of 25 Senior Sales, Sales Executive & Sales Support Team. - Formulating Business Development Strategies , penetrating & establishing new markets Overseas Brands (US,Europe,Japan) and Local Indonesian Brands to drive sales revenue growth.- Initiating New Product Development R&D through research and analysis of Market Trends, Sales History & emerging Innovation for new textile technologies in the market like Digital Printing , Fiber Mixing , Printing and Finishing techniques. - Directing Sales strategies for sales of finished fabric products to major brands like H&M, Gap, Tom Tailor, Nautica, Hugo Boss, M&S and Local brands like Cardinal, Executive, Shafira, Color Box, Minimal & Sophie Paris.- Defining the Sales Cycles, improve sales policies and practices. Create accurate job descriptions and develop standards for customer relationship management. - Establishing a competitive high performance Sales Team by coaching , implementing effective promotion & formulating Sales Incentive programs to drive Profit and Turnover. - Developing Innovative Inventory Management Strategies & Improve Forecasting techniques to control Raw Material and Finished Goods inventory levels.- Ensuring Sales Team promptly investigates customer complaints and these issues are settled in the best way possible mutually.
