 Observe the work progress, workmanship, and conformance with the approvedmethod statement, contract documents and applicable codes and regulations. Attending various inspections such Dry lay, Work Inspection, Final Inspection Etc. Carry out rectification works as per inspection comments and snag list issued. When work is found to be in non-conformance, document the issues and promptlyprovide notification of the non- conformances to the PM. Issue non-conformance list to the design team and the contractor. Conductobservations to verify that the issues have be corrected.Close-Out Phase Coordinate project close-out to include final inspection, preparation and trackingof snag/ punch lists, issuance of acceptance certificates and ensure all project closeout documentation are correctly submitted to relevant authorities. Verify all required O&M manuals, warranties, guarantees, and close-outrequirements are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Other duties as assigned
