• To oversee, track, and manage the procedures for renewing residency permits, health and insurance cards, visas, exit permits, RP cancellations, company licenses/registrations, and medical fitness certificates for the blue collars and management staffs of the company with a manpower of 500 to 600 employees.• Recruited more than 100+ blue collars from Asian countries (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan) both skilled and non skilled workers and deep knowledge on Visa processing and dealing with recruitment agencies. • Coordinating and managing the deployment of workforce to various sites within the oil & gas industry and facility management sectors. Ensuring seamless operations by overseeing that personnel reach their designated locations on time, without disruptions, to meet client and project requirements efficiently.• Issuing job offers, overseeing the complete onboarding and offboarding processes, managing terminations and disciplinary actions, and maintaining comprehensive employee records.• Attendance and Payroll making for all employees and processing salary.• Arranging interviews and document sharing, Documentation of Client agreements, issuing PO's and Regulations of PO's and Quotation making and tracking.• Dealing with PRO for visa processing, RP renewal, Exit permit regulations, Estimara renewals for company owned vehicles, Ensuring no violations of MOI Policies.

Controlling documents of the World Trade Centre (WTC, The Souk ), Abu dhabi. Dealing with Gate pass regulations and Contractors coordination. HSE Regulation standards and compliance. Team leading and Emergency responses. Report making and delivery within time frame and FM management.
