As the head of research and media, I am responsible to create design concepts and to lead research and development programmes to deliver to time and quality expectations, within budget, and with appropriate measures of impact. As the hiring manager I am responsible for identifying opportunities, developing content, managing the media budget, managing talent acquisition, analysing compensation and benefits, creating learning and development programs, and overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. I am also responsible for assigning interview topics and questions, writing scenarios, behaviourally based questions, and role plays, and conducting interviews, while HR professionals must ensure the interview is comprehensive and the company professional is able to assess a number of areas of the candidate's qualifications. I also lead the internship programme in the company and is responsible for training and coordination of interns.

As a Designer for the IEEE PES Day Global team, I am entrusted with creating eye-catchy posters, other design needs, create and verify design standards for PES Day 2020 volunteers to use.

As HSR - Malabar Hub, I am entrusted with coordinating activities and events in IEEE PES SBCs in Malabar Hub and to deliver quality content for the IEEE PES Kerala Chapter team
