1) Deal with supplier for purchasing all kind of production equipment and machine.2) Perform minor electrical/mechanical trouble shooting on the production machines and facilities equipment3) Plan, execute and document preventive & corrective maintenance, failure analysis & continuous improvement.4) To upkeep, maintain & improve the plant equipment & machinery5) Co-ordinate & provide facilities maintenance service to utilities such as compressed air, air conditioning, water supply and building maintenance6) Execute Lead Free process implementation in electronic field.7) Assist in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, maintaining and making engineering improvement 8) Basic operation and minor troubleshooting in Siemen S20, DEK 265,Soltec MR933 and EPK wave soldering machine 9) Ensure all safety rules and procedures are observed10)Generate weekly report on quality performance for up to SMT level to determine the root cause for quality issues. Implement the CA11)Maintain relevant stock spare part for all the machines and follow up with external vendors for support if required
