Review and verification of the technical documentation on the pressure vessels, boilers, pressure piping, tanks from the manufacturer and the vendors on correspondence with the Rule, regulations and other regulatory RoK document and company procedure requirements. Review and verification on the vendor’s (Ingersoll Rand, Cirmac, Nuovo Pignone, Frames, Fluidel, Sices, Whiteley Read, Bronswerk, Macchi) location such as England, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, as in my office. Search for the technical documentation on the vessels from the manufacturer and vendors in the IMIS system;Participate in testing of PSVs (Pressure Safety Valves); Issuing equipment final inspection reports, documenting all the findings, NDT results, & recommend repair/replacement (if any); Evaluate the results of all visual inspection and NDT data and determine the most optimal cost effective repair method and issue an inspection report outlining the repair; Monitoring the repair as per company specifications/international standards for their final acceptance after the required tests; Carry out calculations of minimum remaining thickness, corrosion rate, remaining life& inspection interval for static equipment;Provide technical support & consultancy as and when required; Look after the pressure vessels, boilers, pressure piping, tanks acceptance and further installation during the construction in accordance with the project specifications, vendors instructions and operating rules; Review and verification of the technical documentation on the pressure vessels, boilers, pressure piping, tanks from the manufacturer and the vendors on correspondence with the Rule, regulations and other regulatory RoK document and company procedure requirements. Carry out control during operations, periodic inspection of the technical condition and safe operation of the vessels, boilers, pressure piping, tanks in compliance with relevant rules (API 510,API 572,API 580- RBI) and norms

Review and check submittals, shop drawings, equipment data, material samples and/or manufacturers for compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Coordinate with design team to resolve all construction issues, and quality related conflicts.Ensure that all requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings are complied with; and report on deficiencies and advise for the required corrections on site.Establish and maintain robust procedures to develop standard documentation for the projects quality control and assurance; centre and propose any improvements deemed necessary.Implement the QA procedures, coordinate mechanical QC work with other technical disciplines to ensure safe and seamless management with all trades and activities, and communicate to respective team the QA system requirements.Coordinate testing and inspection of off-site materials storage and testing.Inspect all materials for compliance to submittals and drawings.Monitor the performance of all control activities and tests on mechanical systems.Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to mechanical quality control.Review, assist and facilitate daily report process and maintain the quality file system.Maintain and update knowledge on various mechanical engineering processes & techniques and coordinate with other departments for the technical activities of projects.Look after the pressure vessels acceptance and further installation during the construction in accordance with the project specifications, vendors instructions and operating rules
